Rental Terms and Conditions
Customers must pay a $50 bond as security for the Doppler.This Bond will be repaid in full once the Doppler has been returned.
The minimum rental period is one month.
Goods will normally be delivered within 2-4 working days, depending on where abouts you are based.
The Rental Doppler remains B2K’s property at all times.
All Dopplers are checked to ensure they are hygienically clean and in full working order prior to delivery. Please contact us immediately should you have any concerns about the Doppler.
You are responsible for the care of the Doppler until it has been returned to B2K. The gel is your personal supply and is not expected to be returned. Everything else you receive with the Doppler is to be returned to B2k at the end of the rental period. There may be additional charges applied to your account for missing items. We will inform you of any additional costs.
The Doppler must be returned in the same condition as it was received. Any Doppler returned requiring repair will be assessed individually and if the fault is not covered by warranty you may be charged for the repair (we will only bill you if the fault is due to misuse or mistreatment of the Doppler).
If you have not contacted us by e-mail by the end of the current months rental to arrange return of the Doppler you will be billed for the following months rental.
Please note, you will authorise an initial payment of one months rental including bond and delivery. By doing this you authorise B2K to debit your credit card for a months rental on the same day of the following month (unless you have e-mailed us to arrange return of the Doppler before this date). If you are using alternative payment methods(direct bank payments or cheque) you are responsible for ensuring that subsequent payments are made on time (one calendar month from the previous payment date). If payments are not made, B2K will recall the Doppler immediately and it is the responsibility of the customer to return it as discussed above.
If at any time during your pregnancy you feel unwell, or that there may be something wrong, or if any bleeding has occurred or if you have not felt any movement from your baby for some time then contact your midwife, doctor or hospital immediately.
